But that said, the Email Funnels Intensive does not teach you how to build your email list, because there are tons of free guides and articles out there to help you with list building! We're focusing on the information that's harder to find genuinely helpful, specific, actionable advice on. This intensive will focus on helping you build the system, so that when people do start joining your list, you’ll have a better chance to convert them into paying customers. 










































































































































Email funnels will be valuable for most businesses, but there are a few exceptions. For example, if you have a super short sales cycle or services with no ongoing relationship or upsell potential, it won’t be very beneficial for you to build email funnels. (For example: if you’re an emergency locksmith, or a brick-and-mortar business that relies mostly on foot traffic, you’d likely benefit more from Google reviews.)

But if you want to build long-term relationships or if you sell offers that people consider buying (rather than buying on impulse), you’d likely benefit from email funnels. Unfortunately, no. Feedback is tied to each lesson, and we give it week by week. If you join at the Basic level, you won’t be able to retroactively access feedback you missed.

Before the group feedback sessions, you’ll have the chance to submit your Email Task (e.g. your email map or sequence of welcome emails). We will select emails from the submissions that come in before the deadline. Preference will be given to anyone who hasn’t yet received feedback.

In the group feedback videos, we’ll review a selection of participant submissions —offering real-time feedback on things like structure, clarity, and flow. Even if your copy doesn’t get chosen that week, you’ll learn a lot by seeing others get feedback and hearing what we’d change (and why).

In the 1:1 tier, you’ll also get personalized feedback directly on your copy. You’ll submit your tasks (email map, 3 welcome emails, 3 nurture emails, 3 sales emails) as Google Docs, and we’ll leave in-line comments, direct edits, and suggestions—so you’re not just told what to fix, but shown exactly how to make it stronger. Basically, we’ll be your world-class editors.

Nope, this isn't only for Flodesk users! We’ll be demo-ing the tech setup using Flodesk (because it's beginner-friendly and what we use ourselves), but the core strategy applies no matter what platform you're on—whether it's ConvertKit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, or something else. The structure of the funnel, the content of the emails, and the logic behind when and how things are sent all translate.
